Contest Rules:
No purchase necessary to win. To enter, complete and submit signup form, or send your name, address, phone number and age to: Memories - Internet Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 85, Parksville, NY 12768. Prizes will be awarded on or about November 15, 2004. Limit one entry per person. Memories is not responsible for lost, mutilated, or misdirected entries. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age. Employees of Memories or affiliate companies, and their relatives are no eligible. Winner agrees to allow the use of his name in future promotions, except where prohibited by law. Winner will be selected by random drawing of all entries received prior to drawing date. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. One prize will be awarded as follows:
(1) gift certificate in the amount of $1,000. Amounts are in U.S. dollars. The gift certificate is good as credit towards the purchase price of items at Memories. The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash. The gift certificate is redeemable for merchandise only, and cannot be used towards any shipping charges. The winner will be notified by email.
